Customized Program
General Overview
Sports performance and fitness journeys are a process. Our customized program is designed by the same strength coaches who are trusted by professional athletes to build the physical fitness foundation for optimal performance. Whether it is improving overall strength, body composition, explosive power, speed, energy systems development, or injury prevention, the Edge Method customized program will help you reach your fitness and athletic goals.
For individuals who have completed " The Blueprint" steps 1 through 5, or for individuals who are ready to take their training to the next level (former or recent college athletes or advanced gym go-er)
1 month and 3 month program options
The program is video supported and accessible through the App called Teambuildr.
Once initial online enrollment and intake forms are completed, an email will be sent to you to schedule an intake consultation.
The consultation will be via video/ call where we “meet” and go over the enrollment forms you previously filled out like goals, schedule, equipment accessibility, injury, and training history.
Based upon this conversation, the frequency and duration of the program will be determined
Options to schedule in depth check ins and nutrition at an additional cost are available.
Please give the coach a 10-day turnaround time from the initial consult to create the program

Has experience in a strength and conditioning program
Consists of a comprehensive and quality video-supported training program that will periodize the phases of the program accordingly to exceed your goals and needs.
If you are an athlete, this option will have exercises tailored to your age, goals, sport, current schedule/ athletic yearly calendar, equipment availability.
If you are an adult, this option will have exercises tailored to your age, goals, lifestyle, current schedule, equipment availability.
Customized Components
Warmup: mobility, core, activation, speed, agility, plyometrics
Strength Training: upper, lower body, explosive, and injury prevention exercise
Recovery: mobility, programmed rest days, foam rolling
Energy Systems Development: a mix of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning
